HOMM Marina Sokcho

HOMM Marina Sokcho

Sokcho's first Banyan property — 150 rooms across 21 floors with a year-round 40°C infinity pool, Sky21 rooftop bar, and a Le Cordon Bleu–led all-day bistro three minutes from the express bus terminal.

In partnership with HOMM

AI Concierge

Ask anything about Sokcho.

A concierge built for guests at HOMM Marina Sokcho— in English, any time.

Try

When HOMM picked Sokcho for its Korea debut, it wasn't a coincidence. The lot they took at 4014 Donghae-daero sits in the seam between three different versions of this town — the lake to the west, the beach to the east, and the express bus terminal three minutes south. Most properties here pick one. This one refused to.

That refusal is what makes the tower useful for someone visiting from outside Korea. You can land at the bus terminal, walk three minutes with your suitcase, drop it in your room, and be standing on Sokcho Beach in ten minutes flat — without renting a car, without learning a single Korean phrase, without Googling "how do I get from the bus station to..." HOMM Marina Sokcho is the inaugural property of Banyan Group's HOMM brand in Korea — "Homm is a feeling, not a place" is the line they're going with, and the building is built to prove it.

Ask the concierge

The AI concierge at the top of this page is scoped specifically to HOMM Marina Sokcho. It knows which floor holds the pool, when Bubble Time runs, the exact temperature of the jacuzzi, and what's around the property. Ask it where to find raw fish that hasn't been frozen, how to get to Abai Village without a taxi negotiation, what to do when it rains for three days straight, where Cheongchoho Lake is most photogenic at golden hour. It just doesn't know what you're hungry for. Tell it.
