HOMM Marina Sokcho is Banyan Group's inaugural HOMM-brand property in Korea, opened in 2024. A 21-story tower at 4014 Donghae-daero in central Sokcho, three minutes on foot from the Sokcho Express Bus Terminal. From the rooftop you see the East Sea, Cheongchoho Lake, and Seoraksan all at once. 150 rooms across 11 lines, a year-round 40°C infinity pool on floor 21, and a Le Cordon Bleu–led all-day bistro in the basement.

## Getting to Seoraksan without a car

- By bus: city buses 7 and 7-1 run from central Sokcho to the Seoraksan park entrance — about 30 minutes, ₩1,300. The hotel sits in central Sokcho on the main Donghae-daero corridor, so ask the front desk for the nearest bus 7/7-1 stop.
- By taxi: ₩15,000–20,000 from downtown, roughly 20 minutes from the hotel.
- Bus fare card: T-money does NOT work on Sokcho city buses. Buy a CashBee card at any convenience store (7-Eleven, CU, GS25 — ₩2,500 for the card, top up separately) or pay cash. E-Mart next door also has a convenience store nearby.
- Park entry itself is free; only parking and the cable car cost money. Book the Gwongeumseong cable car early on autumn weekends.
